| If you are
having problems keeping up with your gas bills, it is important
to contact PGW as soon as possible to make a payment arrangement.
If you have received a shutoff notice, and need to discuss
your options, call PGW's collection department at 215-235-1777.
The last thing PGW wants to do is shut off anyone's gas
service, however, we cannot continue to provide service
to customers who refuse to pay their gas bills.
Let's work together. To avoid loss of service, we urge
customers with past-due accounts to mail in a payment as
soon as possible. If you need to make payment arrangements,
visit one of our six neighborhood Customer
Service Centers or give us a call at 215-235-1777.
