PGW's goal
is to provide our customers with the highest quality gas
service. In May 2001, PGW undertook a special initiative
to meet that goal. The first requirement has been to ensure
that customers can reach us to have their questions answered
promptly or to place their order for service quickly and
without hassle.
We have made major strides in improving the productivity
and efficiency in our Call Center. To track the activity
