Commodity Charge:
A set charge for the amount of natural gas you use, measured in units of 100 cubic feet ("CCF").

Gas Cost Rate:
A rate which allows PGW to track the changes in gas purchase costs. This "fuel adjustment charge," also applied in CCF, is reviewed quarterly, and it can go up or down.

Customer Charge:
A set monthly charge that covers PGW's costs to serve a customer, without regard to how much gas is used in a month.
