Your PGW bill has changed -- for the better! As you will see,
it's bigger, more informative, and a lot easier to understand.
Page 1 of
the bill is designed to give you the basic information you
need to pay your bill quickly, contact PGW for service or
information if necessary, and receive important special
messages from PGW.
Page 2 gives
general information about PGW services and charges and provides
a glossary of various terms related to your billing and
gas service. To print out a copy of your rights and responsibilities,
click
here. Page 2 also provides a form that allows you to
pay your bill using a Visa or MasterCard credit card.
Page 3 provides
a summary of your current account status, a breakdown of
itemized charges, metering information, and a summary of
your gas use for the previous 12 months.
