Briefly, PGW is able to serve regulated interruptible customer by using excess firm interstate capacity, unless operating conditions, such as extreme cold or force majeure, require that all available daily capacity be used to bring in firm supply.
PGW does not release firm capacity to IT suppliers (they must arrange capacity independently) but does accept delivery of supply for interruptible transportation customers unless an OFO or DOB is announced.
