Overview
PGW has two programs available for rental property owners: a residential rental program called the Landlord Cooperation Program and a commercial rental program called the Commercial Lien Notification Program. These programs provide fully cooperating landlords with valuable information regarding their rental properties.

| Residential Landlord Cooperation Program (LCP) |

LCP is available to certain residential landlords with a valid Philadelphia Licenses and Inspections Housing Inspection License (renter’s license) where gas service is in the tenant’s name. Refer to the program's terms and conditions for applicable registration restrictions. |

| Commercial Lien Notification Program (CLNP) |

CLNP is available to certain commercial landlords with a valid Philadelphia Commercial Activity License (formerly known as Business Privilege License) where gas service is in the tenant’s name. Refer to the program's terms and conditions for applicable registration restrictions. |

| Liens are filed against properties for unpaid gas bills under, among other law, the Municipal Claims and Tax Liens Act (53 Pa.Stat. §§ 7101, et seq.); the Natural Gas Choice and Competition Act (66 Pa. C.S. §§ 2201, et seq.); and the Responsible Utility Customer Protection Act (66 Pa. C.S. §§ 1401, et seq.). |
