UESF

The UESF program is now open.


Utility Emergency Services Fund (UESF)
UESF grants are available to income-eligible customers to help pay off the balance of their bill if their service has been terminated or if they have received a shut off notice.

  • Maximum grant amount is $1,500
  • Customers can apply for grants at designated intake sites (see "Intake Sites" below)

UESF Grant Eligibility Requirements:

  • You may receive a UESF grant only once every two years
  • You must have applied for LIHEAP and CRISIS first, if eligible
  • You must have a $0.00 balance after receiving the grant
  • Household income is at or below 175 percent of Federal Poverty Level (see table, left)
