• The Philadelphia Home Improvement Loan (PHIL) offers low fixed rates (3-5%), terms of up to 20 years, no equity or appraisal requirements and no fees.
• EnergyWorks homeowner loans currently starting as low as .99% and terms of up to 20 years. |

Apply for rebates:
• After your natural gas equipment is installed, apply for your $500 PGW rebate.
• If you purchased a new, energy efficient furnace or boiler you can also apply for a PGW EnergySense rebate and receive up to an additional $2,000. |
