  • Please give PGW seven (7) days advanced notice when requesting a turn off.
  • Call 215-235-1000 and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you
  • We now give you the option to turn off your gas service online.


Our Call Center hours of operation are Monday through Friday at 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. The best time to call is usually Tuesday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. or between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

If you smell gas or have an unsafe condition, call (215) 235-1212 immediately.
