Preparing for the Test

Thank you for your interest in Gas Processing at Philadelphia Gas Works. Candidates with relevant experience that have applied for these positions may be offered the opportunity to test for them. To help you succeed, we are providing you with study materials to refresh your knowledge of relevant math, physical science and spatial aptitude. You may review these materials to help prepare for pre-employment testing if contacted.

Brush up your skills on practical math including fractions, decimals, percents, measurement, algebra, geometry and word problems.

Physical Science Refresher
Refresh your knowledge of the physical sciences that relate specifically to the natural gas industry. This program explains the characteristics of three phases of matter, phase changes, the effect of pressure and temperature on gasses and the chemical properties of natural gas.
