PGW's Residential Parts and Labor Plan

Thank you for purchasing PGW's Parts and Labor Plan
Your plan is in effect from November 1, 2012, through October 31, 2013.

If you are a PGW's Residential Parts and Labor Plan (PLP) customer and are experiencing difficulties with your covered appliances, please call 215-235-2050 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, so we can schedule your appointment. If you call after 6 p.m. or during the weekend please leave a message and we will return your call on the next business day to schedule your appointment.

Customers who are not enrolled in our Parts and Labor Plan and are experiencing difficulties with their gas appliances need to call a plumber or HVAC contractor for service.

PGW's Residential Parts and Labor Plan is available to our customers who have natural gas house heaters, gas water heaters, gas dryers and/or split system electric central air conditioners combined with gas heating. This plan serves to protect the customer from parts and labor costs associated with repair or replacement of defective or worn parts as a result of normal usage of covered equipment.
