For over 100 years, PGW has worked with Philadelphia businesses to identify their best options and alternatives. Because we value you as a potential customer, we will perform a free heating analysis for your facility, determine if it qualifies for a conversion incentive, and develop a conversion plan for your facility.

Energy Analysis
Is natural gas a prudent source of energy for your large commercial or industrial facility? We can help you evaluate a variety of natural gas alternatives such as dual-fuel equipment, gas air conditioning hybrid systems, cogeneration, peak shaving and dehumidification, just to name a few. This service looks at capital costs, energy costs, simple payback, return on investment, net present value, cash flow and life cycle costs. We will present you with a comparison of solutions and suggest options tailored to meet your energy needs.

Mechanical and Technical Support Service
Major Accounts offers mechanical and technical support to help customers considering the installation of natural gas or dual-fuel equipment, in the evaluation of their existing operation. We will explore emerging technologies and the latest equipment, to help our customers determine if utilizing natural gas will maximize productivity and reduce operating costs.

If you would like to explore this service, Major Accounts must first perform an energy analysis for your facility. Please see our Energy Analysis for information.

A Major Accounts Manager and a Technical Support Representative may need to visit your facility to gather more detailed information. After all relevant information has been obtained and our evaluation has been completed, Major Accounts will provide you with an abridgement of the results. Recommendations on how to proceed will be included in this summary.
