will then be assigned to one of our Major Account Teams. Each
team consists of a Major Accounts Manager and a Major Accounts
Specialist. The team assigned to your project will facilitate
all of your natural gas needs, and to make sure that you receive
an optimal level of service.
Please provide your Major Accounts Manager with detailed information
specific to your project. This information is listed in our
Major Accounts Gas Service Checklist.

complete a Gas Application for:

The following is information Major Accounts must be provided
with to initiate the gas service installation process for
its customers:
- Accurate U.S. Postal Address
- Property Owner’s Information
- Legal Business Name, Mailing Address & Telephone
Number
- Contractor/Engineer Information
- Accurate Name, Mailing Address & Telephone Number
- An All Inclusive Gas Load for the Property
- A List of all Equipment with Btu/hr Input
- Required Gas Pressure
- Site Plan for New Construction
- Indicate on the site plan the desired gas service
installation site
- Project Timeline
- Depending on the size of the project, it can take
from two weeks to six months to obtain gas service.
We advise all customers to involve
Major Accounts in their projects at an early stage, and
on a continuous basis, to avoid conflicts with project timelines.
