Transportation
service under this rate is interruptible and subordinate to
all firm gas delivery. Supply is purchased separately either
from PGW or a third party supplier, and it is delivered to
PGW at an acceptable point of receipt. Transportation service
shall be provided by PGW within its service territory as an
agent for an individual customer or for a buyer group of no
more than three individual customers who contract for
transportation and delivery by PGW of
at least 75,000 Mcf of gas per year. One member of
a buyer group shall be designated as the sole contact for
all billing and communications and will be responsible for
the total payment for transportation service to a buyer group.
However, each member of the group remains jointly and entirely
liable for all transportation charges incurred by the buyer
group.
