The Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) introduces the 2004 Parts
& Labor Plan this week with a direct mailing to all
PGW residential customers. For as little as $79, customers
can purchase an annual heater plan that fits their needs
and budget. And it’s easier than ever to purchase
a Parts and Labor Plan. Customers can now visit PGW’s
web site, www.pgworks.com, and pay by Web. Peace of mind
is just a click away.
Parts and Labor Plan coverage goes into effect November
1, 2003, and ends October 31, 2004. There are several plan
options available to customers, including water heater,
house heater, gas clothes dryer, and gas range.

PGW’s web site or call 215-235-1000. Information can
also be obtained from one of PGW’s six Customer Service
Centers. Customer Service Centers are normally open from
9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on the designated days as follows:
Center City, 1137 Chestnut Street – Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday and Friday.
Frankford, 4410 Frankford Avenue – Tuesday, Thursday
and Friday.
Germantown, 210 W. Chelten Avenue – Tuesday, Wednesday
and Friday.
North Philadelphia, 1337 W. Erie Avenue – Monday,
Wednesday and Thursday.
South Philadelphia, 1601 S. Broad Street – Monday,
Wednesday and Thursday.
West Philadelphia, 5230 Chestnut Street – Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
