(Philadelphia, Pa. – December 8, 2006) – Free Energy Conservation Workshops sponsored by the Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) and the City of Philadelphia are being held in City neighborhood locations to help residents prepare, conserve and save on their energy bills this winter.

PGW is urging customers to take advantage of the workshops to learn about some of the most effective ways to help keep their homes warms and keep their heating gas bills as low as possible. The free conservation workshops between now and Christmas are as follows:
