(Philadelphia, PA – June 6, 2006) – The Philadelphia Gas Works’ Human Resources and Organizational Development departments are sending out an open invitation to engineers and new engineering graduates in all fields and all skill levels who may be interested in a career at PGW.

An Engineering Open House has been scheduled for Thursday, June 22, from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and a second open house will be held on Saturday, June 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Both will be held in PGW’s Montgomery headquarters building, 800 W. Montgomery Avenue, in North Philadelphia.

“We have engineering positions to fill in several areas of our operations,” said PGW Human Resources Manager Hank Dolberry, “and we will be conducting interviews on the spot.” Candidates are encouraged to bring along several copies of their resume.
