| Qualification
In most cases vendors will be required to complete PGW's
qualification process before they can participate in the
procurement process. During qualification vendors may be
required to:
- complete questionnaires
- provide references
- submit audited financial data
- demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of the PGW community.
After successful qualification, the vendor will be added to
PGW's vendor lists.
To begin the qualification process, contact
the appropriate Procurement Specialist or the Manager, Procurement
& MBE.
Performance
PGW continuously evaluates the performance of its vendors.
Unacceptable performance can result in the suspension or
removal of the vendor from PGW vendor lists.
