Philadelphia Gas Works Announces Natural Gas Costs for Next Quarter

(Philadelphia, Pa. – March 1, 2014) – Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) today announced that this quarter’s natural gas rate will increase for residential, commercial, industrial and municipal customers. The rate will be adjusted for the next three months from its current $1.39 per hundred cubic feet (Ccf) to $1.47 per Ccf for residential customers. The new rate reflects what PGW pays for the gas.

PGW Offices to Be Closed on Presidents Day Monday, February 17, 2014

(Philadelphia, Pa. – February 14, 2014) – Philadelphia Gas Works’ (PGW) six Customer Service Centers will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2014, in observance of Presidents Day. Its Commercial Resource Center will also be closed. PGW’s Residential Customer Call Center will be open for emergency calls only.

Its Commercial Resource Center will also be closed. PGW’s Residential Customer Call Center will be open for emergency calls only.
