Natural Gas Rates for PGW Customers Will Not Increase This Winter

(Philadelphia, Pa. – December 3, 2013) – Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) today announced that natural gas rates will not increase for PGW’s residential, commercial, industrial and municipal customers this quarter. The natural gas rate reflects what PGW pays for the gas.

PGW Offices Will Be Closed on Thanksgiving

(Philadelphia, Pa. – November 26, 2013) – Philadelphia Gas Works’ (PGW) six Customer Service Centers will be closed on Thursday, November 28, 2013, in observance of Thanksgiving. The Commercial Resource Center will also be closed. PGW’s Residential Customer Call Center will remain open on Thanksgiving, for emergency calls.

(Philadelphia, Pa. – November 13, 2013) – Today Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) opened its Customer Service Center doors to host a LIHEAP Open House in West Philadelphia. Visitors met one-on-one with PGW representatives to apply for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), to learn new ways to save on their energy bills and explore other assistance options.
