For Natural Gas Suppliers
Participating in Gas Choice
Natural gas suppliers must be licensed by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) to operate in PGW’s service territory and participate in the Gas Choice program. Learn more about becoming a licensed supplier on the PUC’s website.
To participate in PGW’s Gas Choice program, complete the appropriate application:
Supplier Onboarding
PGW uses Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to communicate with natural gas suppliers operating in its service territory. Suppliers must complete PGW’s EDI certification process before they can begin serving PGW customers.
Once an application is approved, PGW’s Customer Programs team will contact the supplier with information about EDI certification and the onboarding process.
