PGW's Parts and Labor Plan is available to residential customers who have natural gas house heaters, gas water heaters, gas dryers and/or split system electric central air conditioners combined with gas heating. Each plan protects customers from parts and labor costs associated with repair or replacement of defective or worn parts as a result of normal usage of covered equipment. If enrolled, you are covered through October 31, 2021.
Put Your Plan to Work: If something does go wrong with a covered appliance, call PGW at 215‐235‐2050 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, to schedule a maintenance appointment with a PGW technician.
Without a Parts and Labor Plan?
