PGW Hardship Funds Eligibility
PGW Hardship Funds Grants Program
PGW Hardships Funds Grant Eligibility Requirements:

Apply for LIHEAP or Crisis when available.

Have an account balance of $0 after the grant is applied.

Complete a CRP application at the time of approval, if approved under CRP terms and are at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level. This is not required if the Gross Monthly Income (GMI) is between 151-175% of the Federal Poverty Level.

GMI must be at or below 175% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Not have received a Hardship Fund or UESF grant in the last 24 months.
