PGW Projects Annual Savings of $200,000 with New Environmentally Efficient Data Center
(Philadelphia, Pa. – June 4, 2015) – Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) has unveiled its new cutting-edge corporate Data Center, which will save the company a projected $200,000 annually in operational costs. Located at PGW Corporate Headquarters, 800 W. Montgomery Avenue, in Philadelphia, the facility is one quarter the size of its predecessor and significantly cheaper to run.

PGW Decreases Natural Gas Costs for Summer
(Philadelphia, Pa. – June 1, 2015) – Philadelphia Gas Works’ (PGW) residential, commercial, industrial and municipal customers will see a decrease in their natural gas rates, beginning today, June 1, 2015. The rate for typical residential customers, for instance, will decrease for the next three months from its current $1.25 per hundred cubic feet (Ccf) to $1.22 per Ccf. The new rate reflects what PGW pays for the gas.

PGW Closed on Memorial Day
(Philadelphia, Pa. – May 19, 2015) – Philadelphia Gas Works’ (PGW) six Customer Service Centers will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2015, for Memorial Day. Its Commercial Resource Center and Residential Customer Call Center will also be closed.
