Officers Elected for the Board of Philadelphia Facilities Management Corp

Seth Shapiro Elected as Board Chairman; Marian Tasco, Vice-Chair

(Philadelphia, PA – May 24, 2016) – The Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation (PFMC) announced that Seth Adam Shapiro has been elected as its new Chairman of the Board. The PFMC also welcomed six new Board members and it elected officers. 

Marian Tasco was elected Vice-Chairwoman; Catherine Paster, Treasurer; and Leigh Whitaker, Board Secretary. Joining these new officers are James Engler, Albert Mezzaroba, and Louis Rodriguez. More information on each Board member is below.

PGW INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT NOTICE

WHAT:          Notice of overnight infrastructure improvement work on natural gas pipeline

WHO:           Philadelphia Gas Works
                                   
WHERE:     Intersection of Byberry Road at Bustleton Avenue   

WHEN:        Monday, May 2, 2016, 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.  Repeated nightly until work is completed.

Background:  Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) will begin work to upgrade the natural gas pipeline at the intersection of Byberry Road and Bustleton Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia. Work will be conducted overnights, beginning Monday, May 2, 2016, 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., and will continue nightly until work is completed.
